Responsibilities:
- GROWTH: Seek new sources of business growth and recommend new product development opportunities in the market for skincare and cosmetics categories for partnership/collaboration brands.
- PLANNING: Strategic planning for NPD marketing initiatives & campaigns for each partnership/collaboration brands
- TRENDS: Champion of regional & global skincare and cosmetics trends and insights and initiate to NPD development.
- PRODUCT & BRAND DEVELOPMENT: Work closely with R&D/Suppliers/Partners on product recipe development to commercialization. Lead and develop on new brand trademark together with new product FDA registrations. Developed brand positioning strategies, pack design and communication plan.
- DEMAND PLAN MANAGEMENT: Coordinated with supply chain for product volume forecast, and key marketing & trade launch activities plans to deliver consolidated launch plans.
- FINANCIAL: Controlling A&P budgets & P&L for partner brands portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Higher education qualification in Marketing, Cosmeceutical, or related field
- At least 5 years’ experience in project management in the development of Cosmetics and/or Skincare products Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product development lifecycle
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products
- Preferable in FMCG background is an advantage
